AVANCES

Mi control del método schroth cada vez es mayor. Tanto es así que puedo permitirme el lujo de hacerlo un mínimo de tres veces por semana, para llevar cierto ritmo. Eso es un gran avance porque normalmente se tarda mucho, mucho, en poder controlarlo.
Pero la cosa no se queda ahí. Fui a mi revisión habitual del método y no tengo que volver hasta navidad. Ese es un magnífico avance teniendo en cuenta su dificultad y el "poco" tiempo que llevo practicándolo (un aproximado de 2 años)
Como siempre, seguiré recomendándolo porque ha sido el mejor método de todos los que prové y porque además te enseña a mantener una postura correcta, mejorando la musculatura y el control sobre la escoliosis.


I practice the schroth method. It is a treatment of scoliosis that involves breathing. You "send" the air to the closed parts of your scoliois for open it and move the spine to straighten. 
I think it is the best way to treat the scoliosis. I tested lots of differents way as swim,acupuncture or chiropractic and Schroth is the better. 
It is a difficult method and you must invest much time on it. I practice it two years ago aproximately and I'm very happy with the results. My back hardly ever hurts and I got it much strong and lightness.
Because of my work in this method, I only have to practice it three times per week, and this is very important   due to the difficulty.
Moreover, in my revision of the method my "teacher" said I only have to go in Christmas. That's really good!
As ever I recomended you to practice this method, the schroth method, because is the best method and treatment I tested. This method teach you how to get a good stance, make better your muscles and teach you how to get control on your scoliosis.
